Delivery

At Fjord Wellbeing, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers, including timely and reliable delivery of our products. Please read the following delivery policy carefully to ensure that you understand our procedures and expectations.

 

 

Shipping and Handling

 

All orders placed with Fjord Wellbeing will be shipped using our preferred carrier. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product(s) being shipped. Please note that our ice bath barrels weigh approximately 500kg, so special handling and equipment may be required for delivery.

 

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors outside of our control. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we will keep you informed of any delays or changes to the delivery schedule.

 

 

Delivery Requirements

 

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery when it arrives. Our delivery team will not be able to enter your property or move the ice bath barrels once they have been delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that any necessary equipment is available for unloading the product(s).

 

Please note that Fjord Wellbeing will not be responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the delivery process. If you notice any damage to the product(s) upon delivery, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Delivery Fees

 

Delivery fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product(s) being shipped. Fees will be provided to you at the time of your order.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

If you need to return your ice bath barrel for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will arrange for the product(s) to be picked up and returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the product(s).
