At Fjord Wellbeing, we stand behind the quality of our ice bath barrels and are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and durable product. All Fjord Wellbeing ice bath barrels come with a warranty that covers natural failures for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

The Fjord Wellbeing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that result in natural failures during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications to the product.

 

 

Warranty Procedure:

If you experience any issues with your Fjord Wellbeing ice bath or cooler during the warranty period, please follow the steps below: 

Initial Assessment:

  • If any issues arise due to natural failures during the warranty period, please document the problem with videos and pictures.

 

Technical Analysis:

  • Our engineer will carefully review the provided material to understand the root cause of the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

 

Spare Parts Shipment:

  • If necessary, we will send you the
required spare parts at no cost to you.

  • We will cover the shipping expenses for these parts.

Guided Repair:

  • We will provide you with instructional videos to assist you in the repair process.

 

Compressor Issues:

  • In case the problem is related to the compressor, we may require your assistance to obtain a repair cost estimate from a local service provider.

 

Decision Making:

  • Based on the repair cost estimate, you will have the option to decide whether to proceed with the local repair or request a replacement chiller.
